Individualized Program Plans (IPP)
Having taught in both a Special Needs classroom and a regular classroom I understand the need for Individualized Program Plans.
I am aware of the need, use and development of these plans. I have made IPPs for students with Learning, Behaviour and Physical needs, as well as, Gifted and Talented students.

Peer Mentoring Program
This is a tutoring program which I have three students involved in after school. I organize the materials and an older student tutors under the watchful eye of the teacher. This is an excellent way for younger students to learn through mentoring and example from a peer.

Differentiated Instruction
It is teaching all students at all levels of ability. I have a lot of experience with this style of teaching. I have taught in both special needs classrooms and traditional classrooms. In all areas of teaching I find every student a unique individual with a variety of strengths and weaknesses. There are a variety of learning styles, therefore, differentiate instructions allows all students to learn, not just those
who are easy to teach.
